Im an idiot. I had been working on my site all day today. Id dedicated today just for that. And id gotta quite a bit done. And id saved a low res. copy of the whole layout, plus all the buttons, etc. but i didn't save a high res. copy of the whole layout.

so i go off to work, with the computer still in my account, still with photoshop open, and think nothign of it.

so i come home just now and find that i hadn't saved the high res. and my mum had come to use the computer, quit photoshop and clicked 'no' when it asked her to save, just because she dind't want to fuck evrerything up, and so now i dont have a high res. copy. so ive had to go and put it all together again.

its nothing major but its annoying. ahh well.

Hello. Long time no see. I've been unatending dA for a while. no intentionally. but yeh, i guees ive just been busy lately.

well last night i had fun. as most of you may know, halo 2 is out now. my friend natasha brought her xbox around and halo 2 and her, my friend evie, my friend niki, my friend erin and i played halo2 till early hours of the morning. although erin went home at around 12, the rest of us didn't finish till around 4ish. we went for a swim around 1ish which was fun cause niki was only wearing white pajama bottoms and a white shirt. lol. yeh..

so, halo 2 kicks arse. the single player isn't as fun as the multiplayer but its always like that.

capture the flag kicks arse. woo. go me. niki and i beat natasha and evie with our über-l33t skills before turning in for the night.

niki and i slept in my bed and evie and natasha slept out in the living room. err.. no comment there.

hey you know whats cool about mp3 players and computers.

1. listening to your mp3 player while using your puter doesn't take up any more ram.

2. you can leave your computer and still have l33t music playin. woo.

err.. you can take it into the toilet.. yes... hmm..

so. here's a bit of info on what ive been doing lately.

COMING 2005: my webcomic. i have a few ideas and plenty of sketches. i have a few good scripts written out. but nothing solid yet. the character sketches are looking good. but im still stuck for a title. ahh well, it'll come to me.

im planning to release my webcomic on new years day 2005. the full site wil be finished and fr33 of bugs (i hope) and issue 1 will be a fully colour "title page" opener. i will release issue 2 the next day followed by (i hope) 2 updates per week.

ill keep you all posted as i progress. if you have any ideas on titles or you would like to make a guest appearance, note me and ill tell you the basic idea for storylines.

btb, i just finished reading the entire megatokyo archive. its taken me almost 3weeks but hey, it was worth it. im now moving on to ctrl alt delete which is alright but yeh.

UPDATE: i just submitted this sketch of me playing xbox on my couch. ive been told by my friends that it looks like this other dude at my school rather than me though. so im gonna have to change that. here's the link anyway. [link]

todays plan.

1:30am. go to bed (this was "last night")

2:00am stop sketching and actually go to sleep.

4:30am wake up and get ready to go to the palmer river to dig up dirt to gold pan with my dad.

4:44am, leave.

6:30am fall asleep on the way up there.

7am. arrive but stay asleep.

9am. wake up and help carry some buckets of dug up dirt.

10:30ish am, come home.

1:30ish pm, get home.

woo that was fun. i had a good time even though i slept for half of it. haha. it was good spending some good quality time with my dad that doesn't involve sitting in front of the TV.

so anyway, im back home now and im drawing as usual. im trying to sketch myself into cartoon form. its kinda hard.

well, i just pulled an all-nighter.

i dont mean to shock anyone with that statement. i often do this, (all-nighters.. not shock people with crazy statements about all-nighters.... *_*), but usually it's for no reason at all. well, tonight, i had a reason.

its seems that there are alot of webcomics out there. i did not know this. ive never really gotten into them before.

lately however, ~clingwrap and her friend matt have created one. you may have seen them if you went to supanova in brissy last weekend. their comic is called gameunder. you may find it here - -> at [link]

from that site, i have found, "make with the funny" [link], "mac hall" [link], and "chugworth" [link].

i managed to read every single make with the funny strip. it took me two days but i did it. and now im half way through mac hall. its quite funny.

anyway, after reading these webcomics, ive gotten ispiration to attempt my own.

i am a very slack person. i never hand in assignments on time, im just generally lazy. even though i dont like to admit it sometimes.
ive tried doing websites before but just slacked out. the only thing ive really 'achieved' is my cert 3 in multi media.

anycrap, ive been writing down ideas and doing character sketches and scanning them and colouring them and all types of shit tonight which is quite different than the normal night of surfing for pr0n.

once i finish colouring one of them, ill upload it. but who knows, maybe i might actually 'achieve' this little feat(sp?) of mine. plus i have to work around school.
